Meet Tina Giernet — Real Estate Broker, Business Owner & Lake-Life Enthusiast

For Tina Giernet, real estate is about much more than houses—it’s about people, relationships, and helping clients find a place that truly feels like home.

Licensed in real estate since 2006 and a Broker since 2018, Tina brings years of experience along with a background in sales management and design consulting. She specializes in residential homes and lakeshore properties and is known for being hands-on, responsive, detail-oriented, and always just a phone call or text away. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for the perfect lake place, or getting ready to sell, Tina works hard to keep the experience enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

A Redwood Falls-area native, Tina fell in love with the Kandiyohi County lakes region after purchasing a lake home in 2006—and lake life quickly became one of her favorite ways to spend her downtime. Tina and her husband of 30+ years are also longtime business owners. Together, they own Total Glass, with locations in Spicer, Olivia, and Redwood Falls, and Tina is co-owner of The Golden Rule Coffee House in Redwood Falls. Real estate, glass, coffee…she likes to keep life interesting!

Community is also a big part of Tina’s life. She is involved with the West Central Association of REALTORS®, Women Inspiring and Networking (WIN), the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Redwood Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Spicer Commercial Club. She also volunteers as a mentor to a young woman and serves on the CentraCare Gala Committee.

When Tina isn’t showing homes, negotiating deals, or working on one of her businesses, you’ll probably find her spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and friends—or enjoying the lake. Boating, paddleboarding, traveling, listening to a good audiobook, and catching a beautiful Minnesota sunset are some of her favorite ways to recharge.

For Tina, home is more than an address—it’s where life happens. And helping people find theirs is what she loves to do.
