As far back as she can remember, Brianna Kowalczyk loved flipping through catalogues with homes for sale, dreaming about being featured on the glossy pages. It’s no surprise that Brianna became a licensed real estate agent in 2021, after falling in love with the buying process when she purchased her own home.

A self-described “people person,” Brianna finds joy in talking with people from all walks of life. She puts her clients’ needs first and is especially passionate about finding the perfect home for a growing family’s needs. Brianna puts her natural talents of caregiving, attention to detail, and her DIY approach to good use for her clients, specializing in helping investors and first-time home buyers.

Brianna is very familiar with the area, having been born and raised in Willmar. Today, she lives in Pennock with her husband, Austin, son, Crew, and Scottish Terrier, Theo, and they enjoy spending time with other family members nearby. Brianna is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and is an active member of her church. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and camping in the warmer months and watching movies during the winter.
